Section A - Buying Products From Us
8. Placing an Order
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy the selected product(s) at the displayed or quoted price, subject to these Terms.
An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance. Acceptance will usually take place when:
- payment has been received and cleared
- any required identification checks have been completed
- the goods are dispatched or made available for collection.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before acceptance, including where:
- pricing errors have occurred
- stock is unavailable
- identification requirements are not satisfied
- fraud or suspicious activity is suspected
- we are unable to fulfil the order for reasons beyond our reasonable control.
9. Prices
All prices shown on our website or quoted by us are subject to change until your order is accepted.
Prices may include or exclude delivery charges, VAT, or other fees as stated at checkout or in the quotation.
Once your order has been accepted, the agreed price will apply unless we notify you otherwise before dispatch due to an error or exceptional circumstance.
10. Payment
We accept payment by the methods shown on our website or otherwise approved by us, including, where available:
- bank transfer
- debit card
- credit card
- cheque
- other authorised payment methods.
Payment must be made in cleared funds within the timeframe specified by us.
If payment is not received in time, we may cancel your order.
For security and compliance reasons, we may require payment to be made from an account in your own name.
11. Identity Verification and Compliance Checks
We may request identification, proof of address, proof of source of funds, or other documentation before accepting or completing an order.
We may also carry out anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, sanctions, and identity verification checks using third-party service providers.
If satisfactory verification is not completed, we may suspend, delay, or cancel your transaction.
12. Ownership and Risk
Legal title to the goods passes to you when:
- we have received cleared payment in full
- the goods have been delivered to you or collected by you.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery or collection.
Once goods have been delivered or collected, they are your responsibility.
13. Delivery
We will arrange delivery using our chosen courier or delivery partner.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly after payment clearance and completion of any required checks, but all delivery times are estimates only.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- courier issues
- weather conditions
- traffic disruption
- industrial action
- stock shortages
- incorrect address details
- circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Next Day Delivery
Any reference to next day delivery means next working day delivery from the date of dispatch. It does not mean next day delivery from the date the order is placed. Dispatch is subject to stock availability, cleared payment, and completion of any required identification or compliance checks.
14. Delivery Address
You must provide a secure and accurate delivery address.
We may refuse to deliver to certain address types, including:
- PO boxes
- mailboxes
- redirected addresses
- certain work addresses
- shared or multiple-occupancy addresses.
If we do deliver to such an address at your request, the risk remains entirely yours once delivery is signed for or marked as delivered.
15. Receiving Your Delivery
You must inspect the package before accepting delivery.
You should not accept any parcel that appears:
- damaged
- tampered with
- opened
- resealed.
If the package appears compromised, you must instruct the courier to return it to us.
Once a package has been accepted or signed for at the delivery address, we cannot accept liability for loss, theft or damage occurring afterwards.
16. Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because:
- no one is available to receive the parcel
- the address is incorrect
- collection from a sorting office is not made
- the parcel is refused without a valid reason.
We may charge additional delivery, handling, or administration fees for re-delivery or return.
If repeated delivery attempts fail, we may cancel the order and apply any applicable fees or market loss adjustments.
17. Collection
Where collection is offered, we will notify you when your order is ready.
You may be required to provide:
- proof of identity
- order confirmation
- payment card or payment evidence.
We reserve the right to refuse collection if satisfactory verification is not provided.
Collected goods become your responsibility immediately upon handover.
18. Authenticity Claims
All bullion sold by us is sold by description.
If you wish to challenge the authenticity or quality of any item purchased from us, you must notify us in writing within 10 working days of delivery or collection.
We reserve the right to inspect the item and request supporting evidence before considering any claim.
This does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.
19. Cancellations and Termination by You
Because bullion and precious metal prices are linked to financial market fluctuations, you do not have the usual statutory right to cancel simply because you change your mind.
However, before dispatch or collection, you may request cancellation.
If we agree to cancel, you may be charged:
- any loss caused by movement in the underlying metal price from the time of order to the time of cancellation
- an administration or termination fee.
We are not obliged to accept a cancellation request.
20. Termination by Us
We may suspend, refuse, or terminate an order or contract if:
- you fail to make payment
- you fail to provide requested identification or information
- we suspect fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity
- you provide inaccurate or misleading information
- there is a default, problem, or material breach of these Terms
- circumstances beyond our control prevent fulfilment.
If we terminate an order after market prices have moved against us, you may remain liable for any resulting loss and charges.
Section B - Selling Metal to Us
21. Selling Precious Metals to Trading Bullion
If you wish to sell bullion or other precious metal products to us, you are making an offer to sell subject to our acceptance.
We are not obliged to buy metal from you, even if you originally purchased it from us.
22. Eligibility to Sell
By offering metal for sale to us, you confirm that:
- you are the legal and beneficial owner of the metal
- the metal is free from any third-party rights or claims
- the metal description you provide is true, complete, and accurate
- the metal is genuine and lawfully acquired.
You may be required to provide identification and proof of ownership.
23. Buyback Prices
Buyback prices are typically based on a percentage of the live spot price of the relevant metal.
Quoted prices are subject to verification of:
- weight
- purity
- condition
- authenticity
- packaging, where relevant.
If the items received do not match the description originally provided, we may revise the offer. You may then choose whether to accept or reject the revised price.
24. Sending Metal to Us
Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for:
- securely packaging the metal
- arranging insured delivery to us
- bearing the cost and risk of transit until we confirm receipt.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us unless we specifically arranged the transport.
25. Acceptance of Your Offer
We will inspect the metal after receipt.
Ownership passes to us only when:
- we confirm receipt of the metal
- we confirm acceptance of your offer.
Until that point, the metal remains at your risk.
26. Payment for Metal We Buy
Once we accept your offer, payment will usually be made by bank transfer to an account in your name.
Payment is normally made on the same working day as acceptance, but may take longer in cases involving:
- large transactions
- additional verification requirements
- delays outside our control.
In any event, we will aim to make payment within a reasonable period.
Section C - Liability
27. Our Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence

- loss caused by market movement
- losses arising from delays outside our reasonable control.
Any liability we do have will be limited to:
- the value of the relevant order or transaction
- where no value is ascertainable, GBP 100.

We are not liable for delay, interruption, or failure to perform any obligation where this is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:
- market disruption
- supplier failure
- stock shortages
- transport disruption
- severe weather
- cyber incidents
- regulatory action
- strikes
- acts of war
- terrorism
- pandemic
- utility or communication failures.
In such circumstances, we may delay performance, suspend the transaction, or cancel the contract.
Section D - Data, Website, and General Terms
29. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By placing an order or making an offer, you agree that we may process your information for purposes including:
