Lock Your Price & Confirm

Once you have reviewed your basket, click "Lock Prices & Buy Now" to secure your rate. You will then have five minutes to click "Place Order" to confirm your purchase.

By confirming your order, you are committing to purchase at the locked price. A confirmation email will be sent to you with your Order Number and our bank details (if payment has not already been made by card).

Make Payment

Complete payment for your order. Once cleared funds are received, we will send a confirmation email and prepare your items for dispatch.

Customers are automatically notified by email on the day of dispatch to confirm that their order has been collected by Royal Mail or UPS ahead of delivery.

Receive Your Bullion

Your order will be delivered in discreet, unbranded packaging for added security and confidentiality. A signature will be required upon delivery.

All parcels remain fully insured until they are signed for at the delivery address. If you are not available to receive your order, it will typically be held at your local Royal Mail sorting office for up to two weeks before being returned to us.
