Shipping Policy
At Trading Bullion, we aim to dispatch all customer orders promptly and securely using trusted courier services. Most orders are sent via Royal Mail, although larger silver orders (typically over 2kg) may be shipped using UPS due to Royal Mail’s weight restrictions.
We deliver throughout the UK, including the Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey). Below are our current delivery options and estimated timeframes.
Dispatch & Delivery Information
Same-Day Dispatch
To qualify for same-day dispatch, your order must be fully processed and approved by approximately 3:00pm (15:00). This cut-off time can vary slightly based on daily order volume, so we recommend placing your order early if next-day delivery is important to you.
Please be aware that any necessary ID verification or additional checks may delay dispatch.
Note: We dispatch orders Monday through Friday only. Orders placed after 3:00pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Dispatch confirmation emails (including tracking information for eligible orders) are typically sent around 7:00pm (19:00) on the day your order leaves our facility.
Delivery Address
Where possible, we will ship to the address associated with the payment method used. This is part of our security protocols.

Orders qualifying for next-day delivery that are placed on a Friday may arrive on Saturday or Monday, depending on your local delivery service.
Delivery to Remote Areas
Deliveries to rural or remote locations – such as the Scottish Highlands, Outer Hebrides, and other hard-to-reach areas—may take longer due to logistical constraints.

Royal Mail Deliveries
If no one is available at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will usually:
- Leave a delivery attempted card
- Provide instructions for redelivery or collection from your local depot
- Update the tracking page with the parcel’s current status
Royal mail typically attempts delivery by 1:00pm, though in some areas this may be as late as 9:00pm.
Tracking numbers are issued for all orders over £40 and included in your dispatch confirmation email (sent around 7:00pm).
